If your printer is switched on but is not printing receipts, or an error light is showing, follow the steps below.
1. Perform a printer test print
Switch off the printer, then press and hold the FEED button while switching the printer back on. Continue holding the button until the printer starts printing a test receipt.
• If the test receipt prints successfully: The printer itself is working correctly. Please provide us with the baud rate shown on the first test print so we can check that it matches the settings on your system.
• If no test receipt prints: Check that the printer has paper loaded correctly. If possible, try replacing the paper roll with a new one and perform the test again.
2. Check the cables
Make sure all cables are securely connected to the printer and the relevant equipment. Once you have checked the connections, switch the printer off, wait a few seconds, and switch it back on.
3. If the printer is still not working
If the issue continues after completing the steps above, please contact our support team. We may need to arrange a replacement printer and a site visit.
